Two Suspected Members of Al-Qaida's North African Branch Arrested By Spain's Police

The Interior Ministry has said that the accused were the suspected members of the Islamic Maghreb. One of the men is Algerian and was arrested from the northeastern city of Zaragoza. Other one is a Moroccan and was arrested from the southeastern city of Murcia.
Man from Scotland Dies on Spain Golf Holiday
Submitted by Salvador Yusso on Tue, 04/23/2013 - 12:39Thomas Ross, 73, was on Spain Golf Holiday, when in Almonte, southern Spain, at the Dunas de Donana course, he was trying to retrieve a golf ball. It is being believed that he could have unfortunately drowned in a lake while doing the same.
The report said that on Sunday morning, Ross likely slipped into the water when he was playing the fifth hole. He did not know how to swim. Though, he was tried to be pulled out by emergency services, they failed to save him and he could be pulled alive.
Spain Notes Huge Fall In Population amid Economic Crisis

According to the National Statistic Institute (NSI), the count of people had come down to 47.1m i. e. by some 206,000. And the huge fall noted was all made for by foreigners. It is being said that the biggest fall was shown by immigrants from Colombia and Ecuador.
Spain Reports Lowest Holiday Prices

As per the findings, the resort following Albufeira was Torremolinos in the Costa del Sol. However, the price of ten ordinary items on an average in the coastal resort was £46.34, with the items including sun cream, bottled water and cigarettes. The average price at Torremolinos was £46.50 for the goods.
