With the advent in technology, Google is doing its bit to keep itself ahead in the competition. It has come to light that Google is all set to launch its online television service called Google TV. Its online TV services will be first launched in Europe and later on will be introduced to other countries.

While addressing to the Edinburgh International Television Festival, Google Chairman said that Google will continue to strive to gather funds for the broadcasting content but won’t be getting into the business of production. It is expected that many other organizations will also be walking in the shoes of Google.

It is believed that this move by Google will help it in attracting more customers. It is believed that Google will bring a whole revolution in era of television through its contribution into it. It has been informed that the initiative by the Google to create an online television service was taken last year in October in the US.

Since its US launch, Google online TV services have not brought much benefit to it. Besides, many US networks even blocked the services. The Google has promised of bringing significant changes in its Google TV which will be beneficial for all.
