Sony has reported that they are introducing a new PSP for European market for this holiday session. They have added that this new PSP is more advanced and attractive than the full version of PSP 3000.
It was revealed that this new PSP would be only available to the European Country but it would not be able to launch this product in the markets of America.
Sony has announced this news while revealing the new prices and an Infamous 2 bundle for the PlayStation 3 at Gamescom 2011 in Germany.
The price of this new PSP would be approximately $144 US. It was observed that Sony wants to win the handheld console game for this holiday season by offering a cheaper alternative to its competitor’s gadget Nintendo 3DS.
But, it was reported that Sony has decreased the prices at the wrong places.
The new model of PSP would be without an inbuilt Wi-Fi, because of which, the prices of the gadget has decreased.
Therefore, there would no online play for titles like Kill zone: Liberation and no direct connection with the PlayStation Stores for downloading new games or for streaming movies from the PS3 on this PSP or to check emails on the device.
And for accessing the Sony’s online services, one should have to link the e-1000 to the computer with net connection via USB and for loading new PlayStation Store games onto the E-1000 you have to download the games to a computer using Sony’s Media Go software and then transferring the files to the PSP.
