World's Best Restaurant El Bulli Closes Down

According to reports, El Bulli, the world’s best restaurant as rated five times by the Britain magazine, the Restaurant, with virtuoso chef Ferran Adria, who is in charge of the kitchen, closes down after last dinner and drinks, party for loyal clients and families of staff.

Also, Adria is said to close down the restaurant and start transforming it to a major level cuisine foundation, as he anticipates it will open in 2014.

He said: “People think I should be sad but I feel like the happiest man in the world, El Bulli is not closing. It's just transforming and I myself will not be sitting at a table for dinner on the final night, "No, I'll be cooking".

However, El Bulli which is located in a beautiful and isolated seaside cove on far northeastern tip Spain inspired Adria, who began as a hotel dishwasher, to engage in thoughts regarding the ‘essence of what makes food taste delicious’, urging him not to conform with the use of usual ingredients, which he refers to as ‘the molecular level’.

Moreover, is reported that the food always had unexpected looks , textures and temperatures, as the chef uses liquid nitrogen to create ‘vegetable/fruit foam, airy, ethereal reincarnations of solid food, combining seaweed and tea/ caviar with jellied apples’.
