It’s a sad day for foodies all over the world. One of the finest restaurants in the world, El Buli, is soon going to close. The plush restaurant situated in Spain, with a terrific beachside view is soon set for its closure, after having served the people of the vicinity with the most tantalizing delicacies in the world.
The reason for its closure is said to be research and development to make it even better. It is expected to open in the year 2014 and in the meanwhile, the chefs of the place would dig deep into their recipe books to look for some better techniques as well as flavors to awe the world.
The elbulli foundation is also planning to give away scholarships to worthy chefs every year so that they are capable to have a world class learning experience and have a chance to work with the inner magic team of El bulli.
One of the authorities of the firm was of the view that El Bulli is not closing but taking a time-off in order to refine and redefine it.
"It is not the best restaurant in the world because that does not exist, but it is today the most influential place in the world in terms of cuisine, and especially when it comes to creativity”, said Head Chef Adria.
