MPs on mission to Spain, Thailand

According to recent reports, the two delegations of Members of Parliament left Zimbabwe at the weekend for Spain and Thailand, where they are supposed to articulate the country’s present situation as well as the inclusive Government’s achievements.
Moreover, Mberengwa East House of Assembly Member Cde Makhosini Hlongwane (Zanu-PF) is heading a three-member delegation attending the African-Caribbean-Pacific and European Union joint sitting in Spain.
Further, other members of the group include Matobo Senator Sithembile Mlotshwa (MDC-T) and Gwanda North House of Assembly representative Mr Thandeko Mnkandla (MDC).
While talking to reporters, Cde Hlongwane said, “I will give a comprehensive response on our mission when I am back.” Cde Hlongwane has in the past articulated Zimbabwe’s position at ACP-EU meetings in Brussels, Belgium
Another delegation involving Senate President Cde Edna Madzongwe and House of Assembly Speaker Mr Lovemore Moyo is in Bangkok, Thailand for the Inter Parliamentarian Union.
